IS LOCKDOWN GOING TO GET EXTENDED IN INDIA!!!

Given the number of dead and injured in the Covid-1 all over the country, the lockdown could be extended according to sources. According to the data of the Union Health Ministry, the number of Covid-1 infections in the country reached 1,220, which is a record in 24 hours. Five of them returned home after being healed. According to updated data at 6pm yesterday, 24 people died in the last 24 hours - 20 from Maharashtra, two from Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu and one from Punjab, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. Four deaths were reported in Karnataka, while in West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, two fatalities were recorded. Two deaths were reported from Jammu and Kashmir and Kerala. According to the data, fatalities were reported in Bihar, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.
Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gouba denied any plans to extend the lockdown a week ago, but several state letters to the center have said that the sanctions have been continued. On Monday evening, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao publicly called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi to raise the lockdown. A similar petition has come from the government of Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.
Another proposal the government is considering is to simply identify and seal the Covid-1 hotspot. The Ministry of Health has identified at least 20 virus hotspots and 22 other potential hotspots across the country. The Prime Minister said, “This is going to be a long battle. We should not feel tired or defeated. We must win in this long battle. One of the goals, and determination, of the country today is to win the battle against the Corona virus epidemic. "
