The American city of Missouri was the first in the world to sue China for spreading the Corona epidemic. This is the first time any country has filed a direct legal complaint against China.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Smith's office has clearly decided that, in the absence of any way to prosecute the virus, the next step is to take all the countries where the disease originated to court. To that end, Smith's office said yesterday that it had filed a lawsuit against "the Chinese government, the Chinese Communist Party, and other Chinese officials and organizations" for the COVID-19 epidemic.
As of Monday, Missouri had more than 5,600 victims and 18 dead. They then decided to sue for coronavirus misrepresentation and concealment of information.
