200 crore donation in the PM Cares fund from the Central Govt. Undertaken Employees

Prime Minister's Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations or PM Cares received huge grants from the Reserve Bank of India, 7 state-owned banks and seven major financial institutions. According to the report, a total of 200 crore has been given to PM Care from the salaries of the employees of each of these organizations. The total grant amount is . 204.75 crore. This is reported by the Indian Express. The report came through the Right to Information Act. According to the report, each of these organizations has raised funds through their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and contributed to the Prime Minister's Fund. Of this, LIC, GIC and National Housing Bank have given grants totaling Rs 144.5 crore.
