Kolkata: Following the announcement of candidates for the upcoming elections, the South Kolkata Organizational District of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has officially extended its support and warm wishes to Swapan Dasgupta.
Dasgupta, the party's nominee for the Rashbehari Assembly constituency, received a formal "Gairik" (saffron) greeting from the district’s top leadership.
The gesture was led by District President Shri Anupam Bhattacharjee, alongside District General Secretary Shri Jitendra Singh. The leaders expressed their confidence in Dasgupta’s candidacy and offered their best wishes for his electoral campaign in the prestigious South Kolkata.
